         frist download open  it (prresentation files- need powerpoint presation programmes )
click on capslock shift and alt


how to avoid mistake when we write in ms-word

      1.     in insert tabs, click on symbol

              now click on autocorrect, new dialogbox open
              at end of box, unselect automatic correct word

    2.   always copy data from original from notepad not any other copy format
